I Purchased a Uvex riding helmet together with other items as gifts for christmas.. The items were packaged only in a plastic bag and the box to the helmet was damaged and although no visible damage was apparent to the helmet I was unhappy that a critical safety item designed to absorb impacts was sent in such a way. I returned the helmet and contacted Just horses regarding the issue. I spoke with a very helpful and understanding lady who understood my concerns who stated she would address the situation. I reordered another helmet which arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged in its own seperate box. Problem dealt with quickly and efficiently.. No excuses . Nice to see.
