“The eggshell improver was great; the delivery apppalling: the box had been in the wars with the sturdy container inside buckled and partially open. The fine powder got everywhere but thankfully little was lost. This is the first time it's happened and I don't believe that better packaging would have saved the bizarre and frankly savage assault on the box.”
“It has taken 2 weeks for me to receive my refund from a returned item. The item cost £26 and my refund was £20 after postage costs were taken off. So disappointing, sadly wont use this site again it has cost me too much money.”
