“Lovely bag to fit onto my saddle the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because my personal preference would have been for the drinks bottles to go at the front of the bag & not the back. Apart from that it is great can’t wait to use it”
“Item delivered very quickly but was far too big so I had to return. Found the return process was over complicated. Given there is a delivery note in the package it would be far simpler to complete a return on this note rather than having to print another form. I also ended up paying more than £3.00 to return the package as I didn’t take advantage of the £3.00 in house label - this was again down to having to print labels and not having access to a printer. Good delivery service !”
“A good rug, proved to be waterproof. Just a couple of comments... the chest straps have very small holes and at early dawn are hard to do up as I can't find the hole! Also leg straps could be a little longer for a big horse. Is value for money”
