Item delivered very quickly but was far too big so I had to return. Found the return process was over complicated. Given there is a delivery note in the package it would be far simpler to complete a return on this note rather than having to print another form. I also ended up paying more than £3.00 to return the package as I didn’t take advantage of the £3.00 in house label - this was again down to having to print labels and not having access to a printer. Good delivery service !
