However losing one star as I dont like the advertising of “Hassle FREE returns” as this reads too similar as free returns. When it’s not free in the small print - so why have the word free in your banner - likely so people do the same as I do and only when sending something back realise it’s £3.”
“Had this product before but was expecting a plastic tub. What arrived was a large bag. Not very good for keeping the product in especially as picture was showing a tub”
“This takes the edge off our lovely but hyperactive rescue lurcher just enough to be able to train him. He still has all his energy and character but without the over-excitement that he has without it. It comes in granules, and I feed kibble, so he has it mixed in with a small amount of pilchards to make it moist and palatable, and he seems to enjoy that combination. It's very similar to other Tryptophan based products that I've used. All of these products should be much cheaper and I would be happier if they sold refill bags for environmental concerns.”
