“Normally i would give a 5 but a recent order arrived later than the date given. Another order came next day which was great. Unfortunately part of the order is not suitable, and i need to send back. I have been having difficulty returning. I am awaiting Just Horse Riders to get in touch to help me return this item. I also purchased the Terzo Moretta boots,Ibought a bigger size to allow for thicker socks in winter, the first time i wore them they got scuffed,they are too tight and squash my feet. I am sure i am not the only horse rider to have ankle and leg injuries, due to horse riding. I had thought that these boots would provide ankle protection. They do not, they rub and make my feet and ankle sore. Positive note they have a reflective strip, and i didnt lose my feet whilst riding. I do not like the zip, i much prefer a velcro fastening. My old boots were Woof Mucker Boots, but again they do not do these any more. Their new design does not give ankle support.”
“Brilliant online company and customer service unfortunately the couriers are not great, so I would strongly advise to use royal mail which is not the fault at all, of the retailer. I've had nothing but good service from them 🙂”
