I ordered some Hy Equestrian mud boots in a size 6. Unfortunately they were quite tight getting on and had to send them back. I didn't order them in a different size as I decided I needed to try on boots in store. Apart from the boots being the wrong size they seemed good quality and the return and refund was excellent, so 5 stars for customer service. I would definitely order from them again.
