I cannot praise them enough. I placed an order late one evening, which they dispatched the next day. Royal Mail then lost track of it. I contacted JHR and they offered to chase RM and replace it straight away. I said I'd wait a few more days and it eventually turned up. JHR could not have done more, and replying to my email late in the evening was above and beyond what a customer could expect. Thank you JHR.
