I was searching for some slim, shorter length riding boots - ended up picking up the phone and talking to Customer Services as I needed a fast delivery too - they were SO HELPFUL and i successfully ordered 2 pairs to compare - which arrived the very next day!! I selected to keep one pair, while returning the second was really easy and fuss free.
