I ordered a new camera of over a €1000, which was to be delivered by POST.NL. to my address in Belgium. Despite having received a track and trace code, emails leading up to the delivery and an email saying that the package had been delivered, it did not arrive. After contacting the customer service of Kamera Express, they told me it would take at least two weeks to investigate what happened. If you're planning on ordering with them, don't. Please don't.
