Appareil acheté y a 2 ans mais avec garantie 5 ans comme indiqué sur leur site et documents. Après appel et échange (suite panne) avec leur conseiller qui me dit de renvoyer mon appareil pour réparation (acheté plus de 600 euros). Je renvoie et je reçois qques jours après un devis perte totale c’est à dire abandonner mon appareil pour 0 eur !!!!!!!!!!!! Inadmissible de prendre un client pour un idiot !!!! Ou si on choisit de récupérer notre produit on doit payer 75 euros de frais de recherche qui ne sont indiqués nul part ni mentionné lors de l’appel rien Nada. Si j’avais su que c’était 75 euros j’aurai jamais renvoyé le produit en plus à mes frais le colissimo. Franchement il vaut mieux acheter chez Amazon au moins avec eux c’est plus fiable. Plus jamais je reviens acheter qqch chez vous.

I ordered a new camera of over a €1000, which was to be delivered by POST.NL. to my address in Belgium. Despite having received a track and trace code, emails leading up to the delivery and an email saying that the package had been delivered, it did not arrive. After contacting the customer service of Kamera Express, they told me it would take at least two weeks to investigate what happened. If you're planning on ordering with them, don't. Please don't.

stay away. Company is a complete waste of time and money. They pretend to have things on stock but they don't... Once you order, they won't send any confirmation and will keep you waiting while they procure the products somewhere. Eventually they ship - mostly incomplete. Customer service is not reachable. Very bad reviews from many angry customers out there.

Stop stressing people. What the f is wrong with you guys. Take the money and leave, this is your motto. Stealing people money. If you do not belive me.. try it and you will see then come back and give thumb up

Fell for the advertised .co.uk British website, but finding out they're in the Netherlands. No email to say the item has been despatched despite the item displayed as in stock. No reply to emails sent. Looking at the website, many buttons don't work, reviews of items are empty(aka FAKE) Surprised they are allowed to trade. I'm on the case and will not stop till I get my money back or they are shutdown. If needed I will travel to the Netherlands to sort it out. People should not have to suffer being "robbed". Utterly disgusted by this sham company. This is just the start.

On the 4th Jan 2021, I purchased a Sony Camcorder from PhotoSpecialist. aka Kamera Express. The total price was £1061.43. On my bank statement I had been charged £1081.36, a discrepancy of £19.93 I returned the product for a full refund and on 16th Feb 2021 I received my refund of £1042.55, a discrepancy of £18.88 Do you remember this on your website, "Or we will refund the full purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, as soon as possible.” I had to pay VISA a transaction fee of £32.33. I thought that I was initially dealing with PHOTOSPECIALIST in the UK. It is a lack of transparency on the website that I was charged for euro/sterling conversion, had I known I would have used PayPal. They use UPS parcel delivery service, who are as shambolic as the company that they deliver for. From a two to three day delivery promise, that turned into a month, with more twists and turns than a mystery novel. Taking all into account I am down £90 at this moment. I have purchased a lot of goods from all over the globe and have never encountered anything remotely like this fiasco. Please, please do not, ever use this company and if you are in the UK, buy here. Maybe Brexit had a hand in this, but other purchases have been fine. UPDATE: 25TH FEB 2021 Had an email from the financial dept. who are reimbursing the £38.81, but have not been told why they put money on a payment & take it of with a refund. Still no refund on shipping costs, or the Visa charge. So that makes it ok that I am “ only “ £50 down.

Absolutely terrible store and company. I purchased a camera kit here while visiting the Netherlands and was looking forward to the VAT return. However, after getting back to Australia and requesting the return, I find that they can only refund the VAT to IBAN bank cards which was never told to me in the store even though 3 different staff members checked the terms and conditions. How does that even make sense? IBAN cards are mostly not used in other countries and in my time in Europe I found it was basically only the Netherlands that used the card. If the VAT return scheme is designed for tourists, then this is impossible for most tourists to receive their refund???? I've been contacting customer service and they agreed to refund me the money to my Australian credit card but its been over 2 months and every time I email them, they say they will process it now and pass it onto the finance team. Absolute liars. The service is horrendous. Their VAT refund scheme feels like a scam at this point for foreigners. I wouldn't recommend Kamera Express to anyone.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are Scammers! They charge you more than agreed (that's right, they send you an invoice then take more money from your card), they don't send any items, they don't answer to emails. Then after spending months of trying to get in contact with them they don't refund you the full amount. I can't stress enough DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
