What has gone wrong with this bank?
It used to have a reasonable response time to phone queries. Today they offer to phone you back 'to preserve your place in the queue' - in 24-48 hours!!! That is not a service. their recorded waffle is peppered with statements that they wont tolerate abuse. Small wonder that their customers are irritated! in addition yo writing this, I am also looking for somewhere else to put the money from my maturing account. (I can’t make the online work.)
