What has gone wrong with this bank? It used to have a reasonable response time to phone queries. Today they offer to phone you back 'to preserve your place in the queue' - in 24-48 hours!!! That is not a service. their recorded waffle is peppered with statements that they wont tolerate abuse. Small wonder that their customers are irritated! in addition yo writing this, I am also looking for somewhere else to put the money from my maturing account. (I can’t make the online work.)

EVERY TIME I ATTEMPT TO LOG IN WITH THE CORRECT ID & PASSWORD, I AM DECLINED!!! THIS IS A STUPID SYSTEM. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING CORRECT ID & PASSWORDS IF THEY FAIL ACCESS EVERY TIME??? I NEED REGULAR ACCESS TO MY FUNDS, BUT I HAVE TO TELEPHONE AN OVERSEAS ADVISOR EVERY TIME

Customer Services are APPALLING!! The Login page is Incompetent in allowing access to your Accounts! WHY?? Correctly in-putting ID number & Password results in 'Incorrect details!!' even though they are correct. Website needs a MASSIVE OVERHAUL & Simplifying,,, GET ON WITH IT!!!!!!!

Very dishonest , poor customer service , misrepresent the facts , extort money from people. Avoid at all costs . They spend more time answering complaints about their service than actually providing a good service. The regulator needs to step in

terrible company paid for a survey on a mortgage was told property was unsuitable for lending but would not give me a copy of survey report even though the cost was down to me . Do not use them .

Matured12 month fixed term deposit reinvested without my consent. My 12 month fixed term deposit matured one month ago and I expected the money to be kept in a holding account until I decided what to do with it. It turns out that it was automatically reinvested in another 12 month term account without my explicit consent. Furthermore, I am told that I cannot access my money for 12 months, even with a penalty. I was told this was in the T & C's when I first opened the account. This has got to be in the least unfair, if not unlawful. I will be pursuing this but, in the meantime, I just want others to beware of this very unscrupulous bank.
