My experience was fine with the agent (Ivan) - responsive, polite.
Became extremely pushy when it came to providing a holding deposit on the apartment, putting on a lot of unnecessary pressure.
After we put the holding deposit down, Ivan then became very unresponsive and hard to contact and this has been consistent. Seems to be the case that client service goes out the window once they have you by the hooks.
