Where do I start … it went wrong from the very beginning, I guess. I asked for my landlord’s contact details before we moved in to our flat but was ignored. We moved in on Xmas eve and realised on Xmas day that the shower was not working. KFH of course had already closed for the holidays and left us with no way of contacting neither them nor the landlord meaning that we had to live without any hot water until January. Brrr. Did we get an apology when they finally got back from the holidays? Nope.
It’s not improved since then. When it was time to negotiate a renewal, they gave us wrong legal advice, ignored us for 10 weeks, sent rather misleading emails (that looked like they tried to make us pay extra fees) and then called me a time-waster and threatened us with eviction … five-star service, guys. Well done.
