We are now in the 2nd week of having no heating and no hot water, I messaged you all when this first happened and KFH was adamant this wasn't their issue, I had multiple different engineers visiting my home as KFH and the concierge informed me(for over a week) the issue was in my home. Now in the 2nd week KFH have decided you are responsible for the break down of the issue in the plant room, for three days I have been contacting concierge for an update to when KFH will fix this issue and all his saying, he's waiting for an email,
This is the 3/4th time I've reached out to KFH and no one had reached out to me, I have mentioned to you, I'm disabled and incontinent and not being able to keep myself clean for nearly two weeks, is unforgiveable on your part.
KFH have no compassion and don't care about individuals and there living conditions.
