Although their sales sites is full of 5 star reviews, reality is very different.
Clearly they mix the two for a better average- cynical ploy!
Our estate managers are often ‘on annual leave’ or ‘on site’ visits. Responses are therefore slow in coming if at all.
Am owner/occupier of long-standing. Promise much-deliver little- charge extortionate service charges.
