Bully-like behaviours from Catherine and Maxine at the Beckenham branch. They first tell you your offer is accepted, then all of a sudden it's not anymore over the sellers needing to complete as soon as possible and another offer seeming to have more chances to complete earlier.
This is all based on lies spread by the KFH Lee branch, which we use to sell our flat, which was part of the chain, depicting a much worse picture than it was about our situation.
Had to offer 15K more and then magically all those queries still pending were not a problem anymore.
Several regulation requirements were not immediately met by the sellers and we had to make sure all the certifications were in place but Catherine and Maxine kept putting incredible pressure on us and at some point they even started bullying us threatening to introduce more potential buyers to scare us and push us to complete as soon as possible.
We manage to turn the entire deal around in less than 8 weeks, meeting the requested deadline, only to be told 2 days before than the sellers weren't ready to exchange and we ended up moving in 17 days later, creating a huge amount of issues in our planning.
Catherine and Maxine behaved in an appalling manner with us, and although they will say they can't control all the moving parts and that they were only trying to make things work as per the sellers' needs, the reality is that they only care about their commissions and they would use any scare tactics, including bluffing and lying, to get them.
