Their ‘property management’ is a joke. Impossible to maintain a dialogue, failure to act on security issues, constant false promises and ‘action plans’ appear and disappear.
Ten years plus of legitimate issues not being resolved but fees go up.
We moved to KFH from another ‘management company’ and have seen no improvement of service.
Residents/tenants doing their work for them!
