Unfortunately, the experience fell far below my expectations of professionalism. The agent Demi Leigh appeared completely uninterested and disengaged throughout the visit. They provided minimal information about the property, made no effort to highlight its features, and did not answer questions in a helpful or courteous manner. Their approach created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left me feeling that my time and interest as a prospective client were not valued.
