We used the Canada Water branch and it has been a poor experience from the beginning.
No real help, care, or consideration taken for anything we needed. Our agent (Haydar) was rude and forgetful and didn’t do anything that was required on his end. We literally were asked to give them information that they’re supposed to have and they didn’t bother telling the concierge of our move in date.
Just no care or customer service and it’s been a huge let down for us.
