KnowRoaming’s service has significantly deteriorated. The coverage is poor, and the data performance is abysmal, rendering it practically useless for communication apps. Calls drop frequently, and data speeds are disappointingly slow, making apps like WhatsApp and Skype nearly unusable. Customer support is unhelpful, adding to the frustration. Overall, the lack of reliability and subpar coverage make KnowRoaming a service I cannot recommend.
