“Easy to subscribe and load the e-sim, works well, and data service speed was good. Gave a emailed "data usage update", on time, that 40% of the bundle remained. Will definitely use this e-sim service again.”

“Very disappointed with KnowRoaming. I went to Vietnam and bought an 10G sim. During my 3 weeks of trip i only had access to 4G in Hanoi and had to contact the platform everytime i changed place because i kept having no service. I paid for a 10G sim of 5G and ended up the last 3 days of the trip with VLT ( right below to quality of 4G). They also refused to give me a refund due to a clear technical problem. Won’t buy from them again.”

In many regions, LTE may display instead of “4G” or “5G” depending on local carrier infrastructure and coverage. Network speeds can also vary between cities due to local carrier availability and signal strength, which can affect how the connection behaves when travelling between locations. When a plan has been actively used and is functioning within the expected parameters, refunds cannot be issued in line with our terms and conditions. We understand that this was disappointing, and we regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. “Purchasing the e-sim was easy and fast. Connection once I arrived in Kenya was automatic. The signal was mostly reliable, except that when I hot spotted my connection would end. All in all, I’m happy with the service.”

“The esim worked seamlessly. Upon my arrival it activated immediately. The only issue that I had was that about ten minutes after receving a notification that I had 40% of date left, I received a further message that I only had 10% of date left.”
