“I used KnowRoaming for our visit to the UK. It was easy enough to activate the sim and I never had any issues with data. We traveled from Oxford to Cornwall and up to the Scottish Isles of Mull and Iona and had signal everywhere. Except in very remote areas where no one had signal. In all a great experience. Thanks”

“Eswatini MTN. I purchased a 1GB e-Sim and it was depleted almost immediately. So I thought I had inadevertantly had something update in the backgorund, and bought another. Same thing. The third 1GB I bought (as a top up), I started using immediatly. It lasted for 3 WhatsApp messages and was also depleted. This NEVER happened to me when I purchased an airalo e-Sim. I feel robbed.”

Hi there, three purchases depleted almost immediately is not what should happen, and we understand why this feels unfair. This can happen when background app data runs usage down without you actively using the phone, but three times in a row on new purchases points to a technical issue worth investigating directly rather than repeat top ups. Reach out to our support team on WhatsApp with your order numbers for all three purchases and we'll check the usage logs to see exactly what happened. We'll get this sorted.

“I've travelled the world with KnowRoaming, but my recent experience in Canada was not good. Service was only ever on LTE and often disconnected. I troubleshooted this with KnowRoaming which had good support, but we could not make it work any better. I would not recommend KnowRoaming in Canada. Basically unusable for how we use our phones these days.”

LTE-only with frequent disconnects isn't the experience we want, especially somewhere you've relied on us before. Glad the support team worked through it with you, even without a fix.
