“I found it VERY difficult to connect KR to my iPhone. It happens every time so I moved on to another eSIM. However, I have to praise 200% the email assistance that was given to me over several days. It was outstanding! Although I lost 6 days out of my 10 that I paid for. Regards Arddyn”

“I had a great experience. Immediately after activating my eSim I experienced a technical issue but received a very professional and dilligent assistance that allowed me to keep using the service. I have visited several countries and never experienced coverage issues, even when circulating underground in the metro stations.”

“I don’t know why but I found my facility whittling down very fast and phone heating up It was difficult to get KnowRoaming to work in the first place when I tried to stop the process it was too late But found the app to get stuck and could not reload even though I restated the phone”

KnowRoaming eSIMs connect directly to local data networks, and sometimes during the first activation your phone may run background processes while it establishes the connection. This can temporarily increase battery usage or cause the device to feel warm. It should normally stabilize shortly after activation. Regarding the app getting stuck, this is not the experience we want for our users. In many cases, simply closing the app completely and reopening it after a restart resolves the issue, but if the installation process was interrupted it may require a quick check from our support team.
