“We have used KnowRomaing for at least the last two years for multiple trips abroad, mainly in Europe. The first time we used it I had an issue that it would not work even though I had installed it. The help desk on What's App was awesome and very responsive. They quickly figured out my phone was locked by cell service provider. They gave me instructions on contacting my provider to unlock the phone and after that evertying worked as advertised. I have recommended KnowRoaming to multiple friends.”

“When I use all of the data, I bought another plan from different app and have 5G speed in the same network while here I have 4G. The second plan was also 70% cheaper. Please keep your 20% discount coupon. I will use this esim only when is free, provided by visa premium card.”

Hi Nejc, thanks for the honest feedback. Network speed depends on our partner network in each country, and 5G access varies by destination. Our 24/7 support team on WhatsApp can check your settings and confirm the fastest speed available to you. We’re glad you have KnowRoaming through Visa, and we’re here for your next trip.
