“I’ve been using KnowRoaming for the past 2 years and have travelled extensively. Unfortunately in this instance the eSIM in Zanzibar it was not working and after troubleshooting it was atleast available on 3G. The team refunded me for my eSIM. I will still use KnowRoaming in the future due to really good customer service and immediate feedback on any issues. 4/5!”

“It’s easy to use. It works well. A friend tried it on my suggestion. His phone was not unlocked so he couldn’t use it. Make sure your phone is not tied to your carrier as in locked. I’ve used this several times over several years. It works great”
