“I couldn’t access my voucher and was told by support to remove it and reinstall but after doing that it simply showed voucher is used. I lost that unused voucher as it expired in 7 days. I am of the opinion that my insurer gave me the free 1 gb voucher to convince me to pay for a second voucher. It’s a cheap sales marketing tactic. I still have to inform Holland Insurance that I couldn’t use the voucher for reasons only known to Knowroaming. 😡😡After numerous attempts I just gave up. I purchased a new voucher. I experienced too many breaks in connection. Support tried to help but know roaming simply a disaster. One moment I’m on a call and the next moment I have no connection. I will not recommend your product. I couldn’t inform my family that my flight was delayed due to no connection 😡😡😡”
