“Fantastic experience. I loved how seamless it was to get connected as soon as I arrived in the city. I never had to worry about buying extra data when away from Wi-Fi, and it worked flawlessly even in places that were considered remote. Very affordable too.”

“It was challenging for me, as a senior person, to download eSims whilst travelling abroad. With the help of the chat box facility on my cell phone app I was able to be in touch with consultants who assisted me every time I got to a different country. I highly commend their service.”

“Generally works ok, but it is infuriating that, prior to activating your eSIM card and/or after your credit runs out, it does not give you sufficient data access to Knowroaming itself to top up or buy a new eSIM card.”

“I'm not very techie, but on recent travels to UK and Europe the eSIMs worked perfectly for me. It was easy to switch them off and on to ensure that I had access to intant data. I used to buy a SIM card at the airport and struggle to change out my South African one. This is a much better solution, as I could just switch on and call an Uber.”

“The only issue is the intitial connection , they should send you the email as picture that you can save to gallery to connect easier , also you need connection to make connection sometimes the airport wifi is not the most reliable i eventually asked the driver to hotspot me in order to connect, also would be handy to add on a calling feature or a bolt on calling package”

“Price is fair Reception and download speed is fair After installing eSIM , the settings must be selected failing it does not work on IPhone - if this can be automated Can we get sim that works in multiple countries”

We’ve automated as much as possible with one-tap installation through the KnowRoaming app, but you’ll still need to activate the eSIM in your phone’s settings to ensure a proper connection.
