“The eSim was easy to set up and activate. I did have some minor network problems in Oslo, where I was unable to download images or sometimes unable to open websites. I also found that I couldn't check my remaining data on the app unless I was connected to Wifi, which was somewhat inconvenient. For the most part however, it worked really well for me.”

“So quick and easy to load. Started working straight away and kept working as I moved from one Europe country to another. An email was sent to let me know when I had 39% left and then when I ran out. Easy to top up and worked immediately.”

“Its better to buy unlimited from known carrier like T-Mobil, for 24 hours it wasn’t working later when I received a msg thst only 40% is left & I thought if nothing is working than why did it drain. I wouldn’t buy it again”

“I got the knowroaming esim because I heard it was better in greece than other esims. My wife got a Saily esim. We traveled in France Greece and Spain. The Saily eSim worked flawlessly but I had a number of times when I had problems with my knowroaming esim. The worst was in the south of France when I tried everything on their robohelp system, then when I finally got a hold of them (using my wife's hot spot) I had to prove I did all I said, sending pics of my screen to prove it. They finally ramped up their help to a useful technician and a day later reset my esim from thier end, asked me to select a carrier manually, abandoning it finally worked. Most of the time it worked just fine, but when didn't it was frustrating. Thank god for my wife's esim.”
