“Bangkok and most parts of Thailand worked fine. However, in Vietnam it gave some trouble. Especially in places like Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay. You have to change the mobile settings to 3G or turn of 5G auto for it to work and connect properly to the Mobifone network. Otherwise, this was fine for what we needed and we didn’t need to get separate eSims for each country.”

“En vacances en République Dominicaine j’ai souscrit à un Pass data illimité de KnowRoaming à un prix défiant toute concurrence lors du Black friday. Excellente couverture sur le réseau local. À l’heure où j’écris ces lignes je suis connecté grâce à KnowRoaming… le débit est très bien et suffit amplement pour les réseaux sociaux et de la navigation. De plus je craignais que l’offre expire avant son utilisation, en fait celle ci ne démarre qu’une fois la carte SIM installée et activé. Je recommande KnowRoaming pour un forfait en itinérance à l’étranger.”

“Once I got it working it has been a great and reliable service. I have had problems with getting the eSIM to work and have had to ask for help with an operator. They have been great! Not sure why I had to reboot my phone every time I topped up or switched countries!”

“Worked well in Egypt, good value for money. 4G lte available (orange) on the whole Nile valley and Cairo. Still need to be careful when configuring the second SIM card and activate roaming only on it, while disabling for his main operator, but same for any solution. 1 annoying thing: the « VisaRewards » menu returns a blank page after entering your Visa card number so you cannot access the benefits. Tested several times. My daughter used another operator because of that.”
