“Very disappointed with KnowRoaming. I went to Vietnam and bought an 10G sim. During my 3 weeks of trip i only had access to 4G in Hanoi and had to contact the platform everytime i changed place because i kept having no service. I paid for a 10G sim of 5G and ended up the last 3 days of the trip with VLT ( right below to quality of 4G). They also refused to give me a refund due to a clear technical problem. Won’t buy from them again.”

“Purchasing the e-sim was easy and fast. Connection once I arrived in Kenya was automatic. The signal was mostly reliable, except that when I hot spotted my connection would end. All in all, I’m happy with the service.”

“The esim worked seamlessly. Upon my arrival it activated immediately. The only issue that I had was that about ten minutes after receving a notification that I had 40% of date left, I received a further message that I only had 10% of date left.”

“Bangkok and most parts of Thailand worked fine. However, in Vietnam it gave some trouble. Especially in places like Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay. You have to change the mobile settings to 3G or turn of 5G auto for it to work and connect properly to the Mobifone network. Otherwise, this was fine for what we needed and we didn’t need to get separate eSims for each country.”
