“The e sim was very troublesome, many times showed no network, other times had full 5G yet there was no connection, had to change settings and switch phone on and off multiple times in order for it to work. this happeend a few times every day, it was very frustrating. My wife used a different e sim and hers worked prefectly fine most of the time.”

“My data and my wife’s data got wiped out without us using but they insisted we used it.we were in a hotel with WiFi.coincidentally both of our data allocations got wiped out.”

“First, the package is quickly exhausted, and entering the application to know the balance is extremely difficult. You only know the remaining package via email. I previously used Airalo, and I think it is easier.”

“No signal 90% of the time, 5gbs and left with 1.3gb after a 14 day trip. We were very unhappy and had to buy Mobily SIM card on day 7 for some of my family members so we could stay connected. The support operator kept telling me to turn on and turn off the phone to no avail. Zain was not a good operator in Saudi Arabia.”

“KnowRoaming’s service has significantly deteriorated. The coverage is poor, and the data performance is abysmal, rendering it practically useless for communication apps. Calls drop frequently, and data speeds are disappointingly slow, making apps like WhatsApp and Skype nearly unusable. Customer support is unhelpful, adding to the frustration. Overall, the lack of reliability and subpar coverage make KnowRoaming a service I cannot recommend.”
