“First, the package is quickly exhausted, and entering the application to know the balance is extremely difficult. You only know the remaining package via email. I previously used Airalo, and I think it is easier.”

“In new York (Manhattan) I was needing to refresh time and agian to get sufficient signal. Explanation on the second "ESIM" that i had and why/how i recieved it was poor. (I still do not understand that process and would be grateful for a phone call +27832679499) thank you Grant Waterhouse”

“Very convenient and easy to use, provides security of mind knowing you will have connection upon arrival. I have used KnowRoaming in three different countries now and it has been great. In one case I had issues connecting and the support team responded immediately and assisted me and got it sorted quickly and easily. In both other cases I have had no problems and it has been super easy to connect and use. Strongly recommend this provider”
