Once it gets connected it works well. But I had a difficult time on a road trip from Canada to the U.S. (B.C. to Idaho). My eSIM wouldn't work. I used the chat WhatsApp feature with Knowroaming but it took 2hrs of work to figure it out. My eSIM was trying to connect with a tower in Canada even though I was 100 miles south of the border. I had to turn off automatic provider connections and manually select AT&T. That got it working.
