I waiting over a week for my perceptions to ship. This was not the lead time advertised on the website, and I had to call twice to checkin on the package. After the second call, the employee kindly had the warehouse prioritize my order and it shipped right away. Without that prioritization who knows how long it would have taken to ship! I also left a voicemail, which was never returned. The employee mentioned they were too busy with phone calls to return voicemails and were really behind on getting packages out. Your employees are very kind, but you need more of them! Especially if you cannot reach the advertised lead times for medication!
