Signing me up for automatic delivery is not good way of ding business
Sending me expensive orders when I don’t need it at all
Then refusing to refund it or cancel order
On my account there was no subscriptions
But for some reason I still got random orders coming my way and my card charged !
Customer service was not good either

“I have a dog the rx was for dog food but when I received the email I saw cat food was being sent. I cancelled the order immediately. After about a week and verified by the veterinarian I received the correct order. So far my dog seems to be doing OK with it.

“This was my first experience with Koala Health. I purchased flea treatments for my cat, Lucky on April 30th and it shipped out on May 5th. When I still hadn't received my order by May 19th, I called Koala.
They answered their phone right away and resent my order. I received it about 2-3 days later!
