“Soft envelope does not protect the contents in side. The box was completely smashed. I would strongly suggest looking at repackaging for protection of prescriptions. This is the second time that packaging has not protected the prescription. Questioning whether I will purchase from Koala again.”
“At first Koala Health was great. The medicines were delivered promptly with no issue, but lately it has taken longer and longer to get my dogs' meds. I have it on automatic delivery but have been running out due to the delays and that is not safe for my animals.”
“Customer service was incredibly friendly. I went with the service to save money, and had a code to save 65%, but compared to the vet..i saved only $20. I ended up having to play phone tag with the company and vet to make sure the script was approved. I prepared in advance to make sure my dog was covered for tick meds and bc of the phone back and forth, order was canceled, then reordered, my dog went without his meds for a month. Doesn't quite seem worth the hassle.”
“Took six (6) days from placing order to receiving order. Chewy does it faster. Amazon even faster. I don't know how you can step up your game, but I think you will have to offer solid discounts (better than Chewy's 5% and Amazon's 10%) with this kind of service time to attract business. Every order is another opportunity to try a different vendor.”
“I overall like Koala. They are reliable and their prices are good, but I wish you could modify careboxes without calling. My pet's dosage changed on their meds and I have to call to make any adjustments. That is just silly since they already connect with my pet's doctor on the perscription. I would also love it if they offered medical diets, but you can't have everything”
“First time ordering from here and first round of medicine for my epilepsy dog was delivered to the wrong house. So I was out of meds for 2 days. They did make up for it by getting out a new script very fast and delivering it to the right place this time.”

2) I had to modify my order for a daily med because the number I ordered didn't match a 30 day supply. That meant I couldn't fully maximize the promo code.”
