“The process was too long. Chewey was more efficient and faster. My dog is on gallaprant and another supplement the vet prescribed. It took over two weeks for the verification of the prescription to sending the meds. Too long of a process as my dog now is on heart medication and I didn't use Koala due to slow response and shipping. I used Chewey to make sure I received his prescriptions promptly.”
“Poor service. Notification about upcoming shipment didn't have a link to the site to check my order. No option to ship my order immediately (which I needed) and then shipping took 7 days - that is a crazy long time, especially when I was late getting the meds. Oh, and no 'estimated arrival date' which would have allowed me to go to my vet to get something while I was waiting. Just really poor experience all around.”
“Koala has a nice website and gernally a good product, but the fact that I have to contact support to cancel subscriptions is a major deterrent. I had forgotten about this and came back based on a promotion. The fact that I am not locked in until someone responds to my email is very stressful. Your prcies are perfectly reasonable, but these meds are expensive and I don't want to comit to ordering any more right now.”
“Ordered two RX meds that the vet sent to them. I ordered as soon as I got home from the vet, because my dog had a stuff infection and I needed these meds ASAP. It took 10 days from the day I ordered until I received the shipment. Totally unacceptable. I did appreciate the first time customer discount as the items were very affordable, but I would’ve gladly paid more to receive them in a timely manner.”

The vets probably don't take super long to resp to inquiry. If so, maybe there is a better method to explore.

“I have auto-ship for Diamond's Medication. Every month I have to go through the same process of getting Diamond's Meds. It is very annoying especially when Diamond's vet, Coralway Animal Clinic has his prescription. The specific Medication I'm speaking about is the Sildenafil 100mg. His prescription states that he gets 1 tablet a day, which is divided by 1/4 tablet in the morning, 1/4 tablet in the afternoon and 1/2 tablet in the evening.
Every month Koala Pharmacy gets Diamond's Medication wrong. They always trying to send me 90 tablets which is way too many.”
“Switched to Koala because my vet made me. Took a week for the meds to be sent because of limitations to your system. Your flow and interface is just like Chewy and other pet pharmacies, yet never had problems customizing how I wanted my subscriptions. Not happy that this delayed my order for very necessary meds for my dog.”

“Box was supposed to arrive on Saturday. When I called on Wednesday. I was told it would be delivered that day which it wasn’t. Called back again on Friday and was told package was lost and would be reordered. Arrived Wednesday and box was smashed. This also happened with the last delivery.”
