The process was too long. Chewey was more efficient and faster. My dog is on gallaprant and another supplement the vet prescribed. It took over two weeks for the verification of the prescription to sending the meds. Too long of a process as my dog now is on heart medication and I didn't use Koala due to slow response and shipping. I used Chewey to make sure I received his prescriptions promptly.
