Poor service. Notification about upcoming shipment didn't have a link to the site to check my order. No option to ship my order immediately (which I needed) and then shipping took 7 days - that is a crazy long time, especially when I was late getting the meds. Oh, and no 'estimated arrival date' which would have allowed me to go to my vet to get something while I was waiting. Just really poor experience all around.
