I’m extremely displeased with this site Signing me up for automatic delivery is not good way of ding business Sending me expensive orders when I don’t need it at all Then refusing to refund it or cancel order On my account there was no subscriptions But for some reason I still got random orders coming my way and my card charged ! Customer service was not good either Just almost rude

The time it took for me to get the prescription was absolutely ridiculous. The tracking was not updated and I have yet to hear back about a refund of the medication my cat did not respond well to! I will never use this company again, I can’t believe my vet had me use you. She should be ashamed since this company has a barely 2 star rating.

Do not order from this company. They will send you meds, you asked not to send & you will pay for something you did not order and then fight to get your money back for something you sent back unopened. Bad Company/Scam. Don’t give them your business.

Unhappy with Koala Health! Sent product without notification. After calling they mentioned that an email was sent as notification, but after my review I saw none! When asking for return and refund, they told me that since order sent already it could not be returned or refunded. Really!!! Cost of $200.00 is ridiculous and a ripoff! Next prescription will ordered ered thru Australian pharmacy @ a cost of $113.00! Same manufacturer. How can this be??? It is very likely that I would NOT recommend Koala Health for anything, poor customer service!

Shipping took entirely too long! Over a week to get a crucial medication for my cat. They do not even offer express shipping. Heartbreaking to see my cat suffer while just waiting for his medication to arrive..

Your response to my email inquiry was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. Also, the email sent to me did not include any response to the most important information that I had sent in my original inquiry. I will never use your "service" again. I will share my Koala experience with my friends, family, and on social media platforms to make sure that everyone I care about will never have to be disrespected the way I was.

I carefully completed all your questions about my 2 dogs, a Goldendoodle and a Great Dane/Poodle x Labrador/German Shepherd. I definitely ordered the LARGE size Sentinel collar, so why, pray tell, would you ship SMALL size collar??!

It took an entire month to receive the product. I had already purchased it elsewhere by the time it arrived. Customer service was not helpful in the matter either. Also, WAY overpriced.

I had very poor experience with Koala. I placed my order on 04-08-25. Shipping label was never created until 04-15-25. In the meantime, I ran out of Optimune. Because I was out of Optimune, I called my vet and reordered through Chewy. Chewy shipped and delivered within 3 days via fed ex. I never received my order from Koala until 04-22-25. 14 days to receive an order from Koala and only 3 days for the same product from Chewy is unacceptable. Not sure if free gift or Optimune held up my order from Koala.

You shouldn't cancel my auto renewal just because the prescription changed. Especially when it won't last 45 days, it will last for 4 months. You are in the wrong & need to fix it. And especially when you can't purchase from your site without an auto renewal. And I rely on that renewal as the only way to get that Rx. But two 5mL vials of canine adequan with the Rx being a singular shot per week, DOES equate to four months worth. So keep the three month renewal or change it to four months, but do not cancel it. That's basic math.

Place my order on-line over the weekend but because it wasn’t during normal business hours, it was never acknowledged and sent to my vet for approval. It took my vet to contact Koala with the order number before it was processed. Because of the delay, I was told they would expedite my order which took almost two weeks to receive. Product is more expensive than you can find with other providers.

You provided me with a quantity of expensive medication that you knew I could not use: 10 doses and only 3 syringes because the medication would expire before all 10 doses could be administered. I am furious.

I asked to be removed from the subscription. When I first placed an order I did not know that I was put on a subscription. I did not see that it was an option or I had to remove it. It should not be a recurring order unless I chose a recurring order. It was not clear and explicit consent.

You guys didnt send any email or mail correspondance to indicate and automatic shipment of previous meds purchased would be sent to me. I dont need these Heartguard pills and was wondering if I can return them and purchase NEXGard Plus instead.

They sent the wrong med for my dog. They sent for a cat. Half was for a dog and half for a cat. It will be my last order

Subscription is a scam, when questioning customer service I was hung up on and after sending an email with complaints I did not receive a response. There is no warning that you’re next shipment will arrive and your increase in cost is not notified to you.
