Ordered two RX meds that the vet sent to them. I ordered as soon as I got home from the vet, because my dog had a stuff infection and I needed these meds ASAP. It took 10 days from the day I ordered until I received the shipment. Totally unacceptable. I did appreciate the first time customer discount as the items were very affordable, but I would’ve gladly paid more to receive them in a timely manner.
