Switched to Koala because my vet made me. Took a week for the meds to be sent because of limitations to your system. Your flow and interface is just like Chewy and other pet pharmacies, yet never had problems customizing how I wanted my subscriptions. Not happy that this delayed my order for very necessary meds for my dog.
