there was an issue with my online order- I responded the same day and was told that my order was going to get ship but, that never happened, I actually just received the meds yesterday 04/12/2025 and if you check my account- I ordered at the end of March. this is the first time I use KOALA and the experience is not a good look- we have to call multiple times to check the status of the order - I wish the first impression was good but, unfortunately not.
