Took six (6) days from placing order to receiving order. Chewy does it faster. Amazon even faster. I don't know how you can step up your game, but I think you will have to offer solid discounts (better than Chewy's 5% and Amazon's 10%) with this kind of service time to attract business. Every order is another opportunity to try a different vendor.
