I overall like Koala. They are reliable and their prices are good, but I wish you could modify careboxes without calling. My pet's dosage changed on their meds and I have to call to make any adjustments. That is just silly since they already connect with my pet's doctor on the perscription. I would also love it if they offered medical diets, but you can't have everything
