“First few times, the deliverey was late. I tried to coordinate with Koala, Then it was way to early. I guess I have accepted that I will settle for.... a little early! We have it down to about 10 days!”
“Very challenging to work with on prescriptions. First they tell me they need me to send them a new rx for the refill. Then I send it and am told they only accept prescriptions by mail. I order through Chewy and then somehow Koala is also refilling my pet's medicine. Confusing and frustrating, not to mention prices have risen a lot since I first ordered.”
“Your offer was a great buy, and it came right along. I do not agree with repeated orders automatically. When I made the initial order I was most cautious not to check or agree to repeat orders.

“I had not realized that I signed up for auto refills. I was sent another 6 months of my dogs flea and tick meds but was charged about $60 more than last time. I called to see if I could return it but it’s against policy. I do understand that and the woman I spoke with was pleasant. If they would have offered me the same price I paid before I would have kept using them. But they did not offer anything so I canceled. Shame because they seem like a good company.”
“Hello I received an opened bottle for the second. I open the box and the top tab fell out. This concerned me but I didn't see any needle holes in the top. I started to call but decided not to. Please don't ship me any bottles that the tab has been removed. I think the next time I will return it. Thanks”
“I found the online ordering processing to be difficult. I could not easily edit, say if I wanted to order 1 or 2, and I had to search and search to find a delete option. I would have appreciated a receipt of exactly what I had ordered, and I wish the order had been mailed more quickly. I had to wait ten days while my pets needed the medication immedicately.”
“Delivery is just slow, super slow. I am really hoping this doesn’t become an issue where we run out of meds waiting for repeat prescription. Also, for Gabapentin, can you get a 300mg.”
“Well the product was delayed due to me changing vets and then the price changed a couple buck. I was told then that they would be overnight sending the package due to the allergy fair ups, but then still sent it regular usps, which then also got delayed in transit having his meds arive about 2 weeks after the original purchase. Why was the package not sent overnight, when I was told by you guys it would be?”
“6 months ago when I started using your service you were cheaper than my previous company that I used. When I got my medicine for my dog this time, you are a lot higher and that doesn't make me happy. It felt like bait and switch. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford expensive medicines.”
