“It took too long to get my order. It didn’t seem as connected as other online pharmacies. I am not sure if this was due to the service or if lack or response from my vets office. Now that I have “refills” on the meds. I’ll see if my second experience is better than the first.”
“The medicine took a long time and it's inedible for my cat. I understand this isn't really Koala's problem but I wish I knew that ahead of time. On the other hand, the people who answered my phone calls were VERY nice and accommodating.”
“When i 1st started ordering from Koala Health, i was so impressed by the pricing of my dogs medication. Ever since, the prices have continued to escalate and are now almost double what i started paying for.
I will soon be seeking alternatives for my dogs medications.
Koala is no longer going to be my go-to for medication.”
“First, another company somehow mimic you from a similar named Hostpital not Services! There was problems when I first tried to put my cat's and dog's info was a half day project: kept changing animals as well would allow me to fill out specifics then, after ordering prescription for both my dog and cat, I never got, so, when I went to my Vet to get my animal's meds and necessary shots they checked on my order for me and said, "It had not been processed" eventhough, I had a confirmation #. I know it's a PITA trying to get up and running so, I'm just saying this to help out.”
“Normally I have no issues with Koala, but when I went to give my dogs their medicine last month I realized I had not yet received my shipment for my youngest dog and it put me into a bit of a panic and by the time I realized it they were already closed. When I called the next day they were very responsive stating they were sorry for the delay and they would send another shipment out free of charge due to the inconvenience. I then got disconnected and when I called back I was placed on a really long hold and had to hang up due to going into work and not being able to be on my phone at that time. When they called back they left a message and stated they were going to wait on sending a replacement out because the shipment was "on it's way" according to the latest update. At this point they had canceled my next months shipment and so my dog missed his dosage for a month and they did not compensate like they have previously promised. This was a little disappointing as they had promised this and did not come through on their word.”
“The timeframe after my vet approved the medication took way too long, it was approved 3-4-25 and I didn’t receive it 3-14-25. Otherwise the details in packaging was a 5 star”
“Koala Health could use some updates to their website. Users are unable to change the dates for auto renewal on perscriptions or otherwise edit. This requires a phone call during business hours, something that can be difficult for people to do. I have also had issues where the perscriptions have been edited at my request but the website was never updated and I ended up getting deliveries during the wrong periods.
Koala also requests that people e-mail them if assistance is needed during non-business hours but the e-mails often go unanswered for 2-3 days, so it is not the best option for help.
As of now, it is easy to get a hold of someone on the phone when needed and during business hours.”
“I bought a 6 month supply of flea medication for my cat and 10 days after applying it he is still scratching. I feel like I have wasted my money. Is there a better flea medication than Revolution?”
“You are supposed to cut 45 pills in half and you haven't done this for over 9 months now. At first you used to do it but you no longer do. Other than that I love your service.”
