First, another company somehow mimic you from a similar named Hostpital not Services! There was problems when I first tried to put my cat's and dog's info was a half day project: kept changing animals as well would allow me to fill out specifics then, after ordering prescription for both my dog and cat, I never got, so, when I went to my Vet to get my animal's meds and necessary shots they checked on my order for me and said, "It had not been processed" eventhough, I had a confirmation #.
