Normally I have no issues with Koala, but when I went to give my dogs their medicine last month I realized I had not yet received my shipment for my youngest dog and it put me into a bit of a panic and by the time I realized it they were already closed. When I called the next day they were very responsive stating they were sorry for the delay and they would send another shipment out free of charge due to the inconvenience. I then got disconnected and when I called back I was placed on a really long hold and had to hang up due to going into work and not being able to be on my phone at that time. When they called back they left a message and stated they were going to wait on sending a replacement out because the shipment was "on it's way" according to the latest update. At this point they had canceled my next months shipment and so my dog missed his dosage for a month and they did not compensate like they have previously promised. This was a little disappointing as they had promised this and did not come through on their word.
