Very challenging to work with on prescriptions. First they tell me they need me to send them a new rx for the refill. Then I send it and am told they only accept prescriptions by mail. I order through Chewy and then somehow Koala is also refilling my pet's medicine. Confusing and frustrating, not to mention prices have risen a lot since I first ordered.
