I had not realized that I signed up for auto refills. I was sent another 6 months of my dogs flea and tick meds but was charged about $60 more than last time. I called to see if I could return it but it’s against policy. I do understand that and the woman I spoke with was pleasant. If they would have offered me the same price I paid before I would have kept using them. But they did not offer anything so I canceled. Shame because they seem like a good company.
