1) My box wasn't closed well - it was open in my mailbox, though even as I closed it to bring it inside it stuck well enough that I couldn't open it without then properly tearing the opening strip.
2) I had to modify my order for a daily med because the number I ordered didn't match a 30 day supply. That meant I couldn't fully maximize the promo code.
