Customer service was incredibly friendly. I went with the service to save money, and had a code to save 65%, but compared to the vet..i saved only $20. I ended up having to play phone tag with the company and vet to make sure the script was approved. I prepared in advance to make sure my dog was covered for tick meds and bc of the phone back and forth, order was canceled, then reordered, my dog went without his meds for a month. Doesn't quite seem worth the hassle.
