“I hate to complain, because everything has been mostly excellent! However, the lab who sent my cat's compounded meds (from CA, I think) required a signature for delivery, and I wasn't home. It was quite an ordeal to track down the UPS location that had it before going out of town.
But everyone at Koala has been great!”

“Koala does not carry everything I need for my kitties. I must feed a prescription-only food for one of my girls, but Koala does not carry it. This means I must have accounts with multiple pharmacies. This does not work for me.”
