“Customer service was great and helpful. However, ordered first shipment of meds on the 30th and did not receive them delivered until the 13th of the following month. Shipping took a little longer, possibly due to holidays, but it would be helpful to know in advance if there is a 2 week turnaround so that we can plan accordingly. My dog ran out of meds a few days prior to receiving her refills in the mail. That is my only negative feedback, but otherwise will continue to utilize the service and hope that this was a one time delay.”

“I appreciate the timely delivery of medication and often times the prices are better than others. I wish the communication was better. My dogs recent Rx was written for 30 Apoquel tablets, but because she takes 3/4 tablet, the pharmacist held it because it was more than a 30 day supply. The problem is- 1. She suffered longer than necessary due to this and 2. No one had reached out after several days to either myself or my vet to have it changed. I called in because I has not received any shipping notification. It was resolved that day, but just wondering why no one from koala reached out to get it corrected.
