I tried to do a subscription with a larger amount but it wasn't a possibilty. I just want to reduce waste/shipping etc. And I don't go on social media so I won't snap a pic of my dog in the bandana and post it!”
“You need a better system for auto delivery orders. Most websites allow you to control online. You sent me an email on a Friday. It said I could respond via email to cancel in 3 days. I did, but because you're closed the order has gone through anyway & I just had an order the week before. Really frustrating.”
