“I did not receive my full order! I only received the nexguard but did NOT receive my heartguard. My account says they were both delivered but this is incorrect. When can i expect the remaining part of my order that u have already paid for??”

“They had my email wrong. They canceled my order & put in a new one & didn't include sale price. New order didn't charge tax & 1st order did. I asked why. Was said it was in there I just couldn't see it. Took 11 phone calls to get correct price & my credit which was overpriced on credit card. They wanted to give me a future credit rather than return money to my credit card. After 11 phone calls and much of my time I asked for some compensation. They put a $5 credit on my account for a future order. That is not good customer service at all. So what can you do for me to make this right & turn my negative experience a better one?????? !!!!!!!!”
“I ordered meds for our little fur baby, I ordered the wrong frequency, Koala emailed me to let me know and the meds showed up 1 week earlier than scheduled. We have started the meds and she's already slowed down on the paw licking, and we haven't seen a flea in days.”
