“Since I use the auto-ship option for my pet's medication, I have greatly appreciated the advanced notices regarding the medication order, payment processing, shipping, and delivery. It takes away the stress of creating reminders. In addition, the orders always arrive ahead of the initial estimated delivery date, which is appreciated. Also, the one instance where there was an issue with the delivery, the customer support staff were incredibly kind and helpful to efficiently resolve the situation. I am very pleased with my Koala Health experience.”
“I like that you keep my heartworm prescription refills timed and that they go to my veterinarian for approval without much prompting from me. I hate that I can't edit/change/or postpone refill orders without calling or contacting a customer support team member to do it. For instance, I got a "Your Auto-Refill Order is Shipping Soon" email on 12/22 for Seresto Collars and Sentinel Spectrum tablets. I didn't really need the collars and it turns out that your refill of the Sentinel tablets was a mistake. I was in the middle of traveling and holiday and family gatherings, and I was too inundated to get on the phone and call your team or send an email to change my order. I should have been able to manually go into your website and change/cancel/update the order. I should be able to do this at any time I want without having to go through a team member to do it. This business method is SKETCHY and I really do not appreciate it.”
“The prescriptions come on time as expected which meets my expectations. I have two general issues though. 1.) The window to cancel/skip/delay is VERY short. I don't check my email daily and often miss the notifications. 2) You need to call or email to cancel/skip/delay. This needs to be a button click on the website.”
