“Everthing was going well until this last month when I emailed three times and finally got an answer as my dog's heart meds did not arrive. I was told it was the fault of the storms and to go to my vet which I already did. I did ask to send another batch of meds as as after a week I figured my heart medicine was lost. I got the shipment but asked if I was charged twice as I did not get the original auto ship. No response. So I am not sure i I have been charged twice for one shipment or not.”
“Website is buggy. I try to look at my orders and get an error with coding all across the screen. Multiple times different dates and times. Very frustrating. Some times the ordering screen freezes and I cannot complete order without multiple work around. You may be loosing business because of this. Also would be great to manage subscriptions on line instead of sending a message or calling. I ordered meds at the same time and the last medication took a while to complete and process. The second one ordered was delivered today. The first one ordered delivered quickly probably bc I had ordered from you all before for their medication. I try to keep all 3 of my pups on the same medication rotation. Bc of the shipping delay this can’t happen. Still waiting for 3rd pups medication. My vet approved the orders at the same time.”
